Biography

Since graduating in 1999 from the MA Communication Design course at Central Saint Martins UAL, he has worked at various Universities on Graphic-based courses, he is the former Course Leader of BA (Hons) Graphic & Media Design and was also acting Programme Director of the Graphic Communication Programme both at London College of Communication, which is part of University of the Arts London. Tim has delivered workshop and lectures both nationally and internationally. He has continued to work with clients and generate his own projects during this period of time. As a designer he has predominantly freelanced as well as having designed for graphic design agencies and reputable publishing houses in London. Tim has worked on projects for a diverse range of high profile clients, including Universal Music, Warner Music, Wella, Momentum Pictures, MTV, L’Oreal and Harrods. Tim shared a studio in W1 Central London between 2002- 2007. Now, as a fulltime educator. Within education, he is the academic point of contact for exisiting and prospective Chinese students, visiting various Universities within China to deliver workshops, lectures, staff development, student interviews and generally aims to add to the strong portfolio of Chinese university partnerships. Since April 2008 Tim has filled the position of External Assessor at Bedales School for their BAC Design course (Bedales Assessed Courses). He is also the External Examiner for both University of Hertfordshire on the BA(Hons) New Media Publishing course and BA(Hons) Graphic Design and Illustration at Cambridge School of Visual Performing Arts - CSVPA.
